functionality for financial users.”
SpoozToolz provides a historical database back to 1961, charting, advanced
technical analysis, custom indicators, time and sales, and highly customizable

Approximation and Binomial valuation models. The software also provides
instant access to a library of business-specific Excel templates that users
can easily download and customize to meet their needs.
Spooz has strategic partnerships with industry leaders to provide the full
SpoozToolz package for commodities. “We believe we have a world-class team
that will give our subscribers the highly reliable and timely services they
demand,” Strickland said. “Following this initial launch, we expect to
accelerate marketing efforts in the fourth quarter and develop a stocks and
stock options version of SpoozToolz, called ExcelToolz. We are currently
seeking a strategic partner to assist with the distribution of ExcelToolz to
the Securities market participants.”
