Doré Gold Available From African Sources: Qualified Buyers Invited

Commodity Trader is seeking verified buyers for gold doré bars available from three separate supply sources in Africa. We handle these opportunities through the Invest Offshore Deal Room. IceBanc’s fiduciary, escrow and settlement structure supports every transaction, so buyers and sellers can move forward with confidence.

What’s on offer

Doré bars are semi-pure gold alloys cast at or near the mine site. They usually contain gold along with some silver and trace metals, and they’re refined to investment-grade bullion after purchase. Buyers typically price doré at a discount to the LBMA spot price, which reflects the assay and the cost of refining.

Final purity and weight are always confirmed by an independent assay at an accredited refinery before settlement.

Who we’re looking for

We’ll introduce serious, qualified counterparties only, including:

  • Refineries and bullion dealers
  • Precious metals trading houses
  • Family offices and institutional buyers with physical gold mandates

How the process works

  1. Register your interest. Submit an opportunity request through the Deal Room.
  2. Compliance. Both sides complete KYC (know-your-customer) and AML (anti-money-laundering) checks, and the seller provides proof of origin and export documentation.
  3. Terms. The parties agree on the pricing discount, delivery point and assay protocol.
  4. Escrow and assay. Funds are held in escrow while the bars are independently assayed.
  5. Settlement. Funds are released against the confirmed assay and transfer of title.

Responsible sourcing

Every source has to provide export permits and chain-of-custody documentation, and has to meet applicable responsible-sourcing standards, including OECD Due Diligence Guidance for minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. Commodity Trader won’t facilitate any transaction that fails these checks.
